Improving productivity is an important goal in all industries. So it should be in your PE prep. How many hours
do you plan to use to prepare? How many can you spare? Here is a course that will cut 100 hours from your study
time. At a minimum, you can complete this course in 20 hours but they will be equivalent to 120 hours of study on your own.
When complete, you will be ready for your final preparation by attacking sample PE exams.
This course is coordinated with the most popular reference handbook for the PE Mechanical Engineering Reference
Handbook by Michael Lindeburg. Although you can take some of your favorite college textbooks into the exam, this reference
book provides all the information at one convenient point. With this CD, the book becomes both a learning tool and
a reference tool. Each presentation on the CD will take a wild ride through the appropriate sections of the book, in
an order that is best for learning. When completed, the candidate will have great understanding where to turn, not only to
find the required formulas but also the necessary properties and graphs to complete the problem.
The professor offers great advice on how to understand the topic, how to take shortcuts, what are the proper units, and
where to find key information. Although the presentations explain theory, clearly and simply, the professor focuses
on solving problems with you. These presentations include multimedia animations but the focus is on the most important
aspect of your study schedule; problems solving.

This demo will be streamed through the Internet. Depending on how fast your computer
is, it may take some time and there may be some difficulties but.... on CD-Rom your computer is as fast as the best and you
will have instantaneous and continuous viewing.

I am happy to report that the exam last Friday, although not a particularly pleasurable experience,
was a success. Your CD-ROM lectures and homework were extremely instrumental in preparing me for the Mechanical Engineering
Principles and Practice exam. As you noted, Psychrometrics is heavily tested in the morning session and since I had next to
nothing on that in college (25 years ago) your material was invaluable. In addition, your homework problems got me into
the mindset of understanding and solving problems. As expected, the exam threw a few curve balls but nothing I was totally
stumped on.
I expect to get the official results by Christmas, but am positive that I passed the exam. The
only question is "By what margin".
Thanks again for your help,
