The heart of this course is six tutorials which use multimedia slides and audio to discuss the popular topics (see topics list) of Civil Engineering.  The course is based on the Civil Engineering sections of the NCEES Supplied Reference Handbook for the FE exam.  Whereas that reference is simply a collection of formulas for use on the exams, this course points out which of these formulas are typically not used on the exam and which ones are.  Each tutorial concentrates on solving several problems to illustrate how the formulas are to be used, and to introduce the many tables and graphs in the reference. Discussions are keyed to solving problems that are typical of those that have appeared on these exams in the past.  Activities after each tutorial include ten or more problem solving questions in a multiple choice format similar to the exam.

If you are want to eliminate the trouble you have had in passing the Civil PE exam, or if you just want to assure that here will only be one time, this is the review course for you.  This course uses the Lindeberg Reference Manual for Civil Engineering as its reference, but it cuts the book down to only one-tenth of the pages by  showing which topics and techniques are the ones most likely to be on the exaqm.  Each session consists of a multimedia 'lecture' in which the most important topics are introduced simply and clearly, and then problems dealing with those topics are solved completely.  After the 'lecture', many additional problems are provided, and once a solution has been tried, full answers are available.

This is the best, fastest, and clearest review you can take.  It is refereed twice a year to keep it  always up to date.
